Job Description
As a Retail Assistant, you are more than just a cashier—you’re the final storyteller of our 72-hour process. You’ll be the face of the bakery, sharing our passion for slow-fermented bread with every customer. From recommending the perfect loaf to explaining the magic of wild yeast, your goal is to make every visitor feel like a regular.
